Daycare Teacher

The role involves creating and leading activities based on observations of children's interests and needs, while also communicating daily with parents to document and share milestones. Teachers must also maintain a safe and clean classroom by adhering to center and state guidelines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and possess or be willing to obtain cpr and first aid training, along with passing a background check. Two years of childcare experience is preferred, and a cda or degree is specifically required for the lead teacher role.
