After School Youth Leader - SAISD YWLA Middle School

The youth leader is responsible for the direct supervision of a group of children, ensuring their safety and accounting for attendance during arrival and departure. This role involves assisting in leading program activities, including homework help and implementing daily enrichment and recreational activities.

Candidates must be available monday through friday, generally from 2

30 pm to 6:30 pm, and require a high school diploma or ged; at least six months of childcare experience is preferred. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory fingerprinting check and obtaining required certifications like cpr and first aid within 60 days of hire.
