After School Youth Leader - SAISD

The youth leader is responsible for the direct supervision of program participants, ensuring their safety and accounting for attendance during arrival and departure. This role involves assisting in leading program activities, including homework help, enrichment activities, and recreation, while maintaining a supportive environment.

Candidates must be available monday through friday, generally from 2

30 pm to 6:30 pm, and possess a high school diploma or ged; at least six months of childcare experience is preferred. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory fingerprinting check, and required certifications like cpr/First aid/Aed must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
