Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will participate in and complete the 40-Hour rbt training program to develop skills in behavior analysis, while shadowing and assisting rbts and bcbas in implementing treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collecting data, engaging clients in therapeutic activities, and communicating progress with families.
Requirements summary
