Core responsibilities
The autism support professional/Rbt will implement aba therapy programs designed by a bcba to improve skills like communication and social interaction, utilizing positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques. Responsibilities also include collecting accurate progress data, collaborating with team members and caregivers, and ensuring client safety and dignity.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a genuine passion for working with children with autism, dependability, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-Paced environment. A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, along with reliable transportation and availability for flexible hours including evenings and occasional saturdays.
