Autism Support Professional-Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The rbt will implement behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas to support children with autism in achieving individual goals through one-On-One aba therapy. Key duties include accurately recording data, implementing behavior management techniques, and collaborating with the therapy team for comprehensive care.

Candidates must hold a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or obtain one within 30 days of hire, along with a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Essential qualities include excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with autism.
