Autism Support Professional-Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will implement behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas to support children with autism in skill acquisition and behavior reduction through one-On-One aba therapy. Responsibilities also include accurately recording data, collaborating with the clinical team, and training caregivers on aba techniques.

Candidates must hold a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or obtain one within 30 days of hire, along with a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Essential qualities include excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with autism.
