A typical day involves encouraging children to try new learning activities and continually reviewing the curriculum to write weekly lesson plans incorporating all areas of child development. Responsibilities also include assessing each child’s development initially and updating these assessments throughout the school year.

Candidates must possess an infant/Toddler child development associate (Cda) credential or be eligible for scholarship assistance to complete one, along with relevant experience working with infants and toddlers. Applicants must also have legal authorization to work permanently in the united states and be able to commute daily to the el dorado, ks location.
