Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy in center or home settings, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills in children with autism. This role also involves tracking client progress using company-Issued technology and collaborating with families and supervisors.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with a high school diploma or ged and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. A passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism and a commitment to completing paid rbt training are essential.
