Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will implement behavior intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) while working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Key duties include collecting data on client behavior, implementing treatment goals, and maintaining accurate client records under supervision.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role, with a preference for candidates who are certified registered behavioral technicians. Candidates must have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess knowledge of applied behavior analysis (Aba) principles.
