Youth Counselor, Greenfield, MA

The youth counselor is responsible for engaging adolescents to develop positive, supportive relationships using a strength-Based approach while working with a team to provide direct supervision and advocacy. Key duties include facilitating life skills instruction, assisting youth with treatment plan goals across various areas, and performing medication administration upon certification.

Candidates must meet minimum education requirements, which include either a bachelor's degree (Preferred), an associate's degree with coursework plus one year of human service experience, or a high school diploma/Ged with two years of human service experience. All applicants must be 21 or older, possess a valid driver's license, and commit to required trainings like fa/Cpr/Aed, map, and cpi crisis intervention.
