Developmental Specialist (6021S)

The developmental specialist directly supports individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing their day habilitation service plan objectives and documenting progress, while ensuring their human dignity, rights, and liberties are safeguarded. This role involves assisting individuals in developing functional independence, participating in meaningful activities, and integrating into the community based on their needs and wishes.

Candidates must possess a high school degree or g.e.d. And be at least 21 years old, requiring a valid driver's license and daily access to a car on site (Preferred). A minimum of two years of experience in a training program for the developmentally disabled is mandatory.
