This role involves assisting individuals in developing functional independence, participating in meaningful activities, and integrating into the community based on their needs and wishes.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school degree or g.e.d. And be at least 21 years old, requiring a valid driver's license and daily access to a car on site (Preferred). A minimum of two years of experience in a training program for the developmentally disabled is mandatory.
