The role involves planning and delivering the national education physical education and sports curriculum for elementary and secondary classes, emphasizing differentiation and relevant assessment use. Responsibilities also include fostering an inclusive environment, encouraging student curiosity, and actively contributing to school life, including serving as the liaison for the aefe-Unss sports league.

Candidates must be tenured teachers from the national education system with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a physical education and sports teacher, possessing native french fluency and at least b2 level english proficiency. Strong intercultural skills, empathy, emotional intelligence, and mastery of digital tools for preparation and sharing are essential.
