Senior Recruiter

The senior recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting creation and sourcing to reference checks and offer preparation, while collaborating directly with co-Founders to hire key leaders and establish effective recruitment strategies. Responsibilities also include championing the company story, leveraging creative and data-Driven approaches, and reporting on recruitment activities weekly to leadership.

Candidates must possess over 5 years of full-Cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a scaling startup environment, with proven expertise in hiring for various levels including c-Suite and department heads. Essential qualifications include being a self-Starter with strong problem-Solving abilities, proficiency with ats technology, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
