Network Infrastructure Summer Intern - NY

The intern will assist in maintaining the network infrastructure for the charter school network by troubleshooting hardware, software, and wireless network issues. Key tasks include organizing technology equipment inventory, maintaining digital documentation, and providing troubleshooting and training support for staff.

Candidates must be a current undergraduate student or recent college graduate majoring or minoring in an it-Related discipline, or have at least one year of hands-On technical support experience. Proven skills must include tech troubleshooting, specifically with windows operating systems and wi-Fi issues.
