This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering, and documenting all mandated trainings for the division of developmental disabilities (Ddd), alongside company-Wide professional development initiatives. The trainer ensures staff are compliant and confident in providing high-Quality, person-Centered services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in human services, special education, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Knowledge of ddd regulations and a valid nj driver's license are also required.
