Family Based Therapist

The family based therapist provides treatment services to families, including therapy and counseling, focusing on skills training and education to help families care for children with mental health issues at home. This role involves facilitating individual and family therapy sessions, parent coaching, and crisis intervention using the esft model while traveling to client homes and community settings.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant field such as psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, or rehabilitation, along with a minimum of two years of direct service experience within a cassp program working with children and adolescents. A valid pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory requirements for this position.
