The role involves creating long-Term impacts by encouraging, mentoring, and coaching individuals to achieve their goals, often while spending time in settings like parks and sensory gardens following an individual support plan. Responsibilities also include fostering independence by teaching daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry.

Candidates should possess a strong desire to positively impact individuals' lives and enjoy mentoring and coaching. A current valid driver’s license is required, although no prior experience is necessary as paid training is provided.
