Direct Support Professional

The role involves creating long-Term impacts by encouraging, mentoring, and coaching individuals to achieve their goals while following their individual support plan. Responsibilities include fostering independence by teaching daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license; a high school diploma or ged and related experience are preferred but not required as paid training is provided. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to positively influence the lives of the individuals they support.
