The role involves creating long-Term impacts by encouraging, mentoring, and coaching individuals to achieve their goals, often while spending time in various settings like parks and sensory gardens. Responsibilities include following the individual support plan and teaching daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry to foster independence.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; no prior experience is required as paid training is provided. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to positively influence individuals' lives through support and guidance.
