Responsibilities also include fostering independence by teaching daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, and while related experience is helpful, no prior experience is required as paid training is provided. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to create long-Term impacts by encouraging, mentoring, and coaching individuals to achieve their goals.
