Assistive Technology and Accessibility Specialist – Telecommunications & Hearing Access

This specialist provides direct assistive technology services, communication access support, training, and outreach to individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have communication-Related access needs across pennsylvania. The role involves conducting device demonstrations, individualized instruction, and contributing to statewide initiatives related to accessibility and communication.

A bachelor's degree in a related field such as rehabilitation, assistive technology, or education, along with three years of relevant experience supporting individuals with disabilities, is required. Preferred qualifications include being a certified assistive technology professional (Atp) and having experience supporting deaf, hard of hearing, or low vision individuals.
