Early Head Start Lead Teacher

As a lead teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering developmentally appropriate, play-Based curricula that support children's growth across all intellectual, social-Emotional, physical, and language domains. This involves guiding learning experiences based on constructivist theory and child-Led play while collaborating closely with families and the team.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in early childhood education, with a bachelor degree being preferred. Essential qualifications include strong communication and classroom management skills, alongside a passion for promoting equity, inclusion, and building robust family partnerships.
