Preschool Teaching Assistant

The teaching assistant will support the teacher by executing activities tailored to meet student needs as specified in their individualized education plans (Ieps). Duties encompass preparing classroom resources, providing direct instruction to students, and handling the custodial care of the students.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or ged, with college credits being preferred, and must be at least 18 years old. A mandatory requirement is obtaining the nys teaching assistant certification, along with the physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
