Day Services Program / Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The direct support professional will coach and engage individuals with developmental disabilities by leading various life enrichment workshops, teaching daily life skills, and assisting with personal care. Responsibilities also include providing behavioral interventions and ensuring accurate daily progress documentation.

Candidates must have at least six months of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, possess a high school diploma or ged, and be 18 years or older. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 lbs are also mandatory requirements.
