Bilingual ABA Behavior Technician

The behavior technician implements individualized treatment plans directed by a bcba, which includes observing, recording, and reporting client progress daily, and managing challenging behaviors. They must apply behavioral principles consistently while assisting clients in acquiring academic and life skills, and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children, coupled with a positive attitude for interacting with families. Essential requirements include reliable transportation, the ability to pass a background check, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain various postures.
