Camp Behavior Support Specialist

This position provides direct supervision and addresses behavioral concerns for a group of children in a seasonal day camp setting while offering leadership and supervision to staff. The specialist must provide positive engagement with youth in a safe, nurturing environment, focusing on ymca core values.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess over 2 years of experience in behavior management, with preferred qualifications including higher education or certificates in special education or behavior management. Required certifications include cpr/First aid/Aed and child abuse prevention training prior to camp start.
