Congregate Residential Counselor -Second Shift

The primary responsibility is providing a safe and secure environment for clients, requiring knowledge and implementation of the program's mission, treatment philosophy, and policies in direct care and supervision. Counselors will supervise daily living activities, teach age-Appropriate life and social skills, manage the living environment, and provide behavior support and intervention as trained.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and should ideally have prior childcare experience in a residential setting with a similar youth population. Applicants must also be computer literate, capable of multitasking in a fast-Paced environment, and willing to participate in physical intervention training and shifts.
