Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (Float Position)

The registered behavior technician implements individualized behavior support plans and skill acquisition programming, delivering 1:1 and group-Based aba interventions to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role also involves collecting accurate behavioral data, maintaining compliance documentation, and modeling/Coaching direct support professionals on plan implementation.

Candidates must possess an active and current rbt certification and a high school diploma, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Required qualifications also include knowledge of applied behavior analysis, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible hours.
