1 on 1 Aide/ Paraprofessional (Pillar High School)

The aide assists teachers in planning and executing educational programs, supporting students across all instructional areas including academics, daily routines, and specialized therapies like aquatic and hippo therapy. Responsibilities also involve aiding with daily living skills, fostering independence, adapting materials, and implementing therapeutic recommendations from staff.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, college coursework, or eligibility for a substitute certificate, with previous experience working with children with special needs being preferred. Applicants must also successfully pass mandatory pre-Employment checks including criminal background checks, drug testing, and registry checks.
