Employment Specialist

The job coach will expand equitable employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities by conducting work evaluations, developing career goals, and creating job, internship, and volunteer opportunities. Responsibilities also include using structured teaching methods for job training, building employer relationships, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with agency policies.

Candidates must have two years of related experience and an associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), along with a clean driving record, auto insurance, and the ability to pass required trainings like cpr and pmt. Essential skills include compassion for working with individuals with disabilities, excellent communication, and adaptability to varied schedules and work conditions.
