The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba in training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
