Teacher Aide - Part-Time

The teacher aide will support lead teachers by assisting in implementing lesson plans, reinforcing instruction with individuals or small groups, and supervising students during various classroom activities and transitions. This role also involves maintaining an orderly classroom, preparing materials, and modeling behavior consistent with catholic values.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree or education coursework preferred, and ideally have prior experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Essential qualities include patience, reliability, strong communication skills, and an understanding of or willingness to uphold catholic educational values.
