Bilingual Workforce Career Coach - Case Manager

The career coach serves as the main contact for participants, managing regulatory requirements, case notes, and follow-Up services related to employment, retention, and termination. This role also involves recruiting for the program, seeking employment and educational opportunities for participants, and delivering skills training in software applications and work readiness.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a related bachelor's degree is preferred, along with over 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with the targeted population. Candidates must possess a valid state driver's license and be able to pass a drug screen.
