This role supports student success by advising undergraduate students, primarily in the honors college, on academic planning, degree requirements, and university resources to foster development and retention. Duties include developing educational goals, monitoring student progress, connecting students with campus resources, and assisting with administrative advising tasks.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor’s degree and three years of academic advising experience, or a master’s degree and one year of experience in a closely related field. Candidates must possess strong skills in organization, problem-Solving, decision-Making, and both written and interpersonal communication.
