Career Advancement Specialist

The specialist will support job placement efforts for graduates through resume reviews and interview preparation while also coordinating the apprenticeship program, handling enrollment and monitoring compliance. Additionally, they will build relationships with employer partners to expand opportunities and maintain accurate records of program outcomes and engagement.

A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, workforce development, education, or a related field is preferred for this role. Candidates should also possess at least two years of experience in career services or a related field.
