Behavior Technician (RBT) - Brewers Hill, Baltimore MD

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One direct care to children with autism in various settings, teaching daily living and social skills through evidence-Based treatments and positive reinforcement. Responsibilities also include implementing therapy sessions designed by a bcba and accurately collecting behavior data.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred in a human services area, and must be comfortable working with children. Applicants need reliable transportation and the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds, along with a commitment to passing the rbt exam within 90 days of hire.
