Downtown Childwatch Attendant

This role involves organizing, planning, and executing all activities for participating children while cultivating positive relationships and maintaining effective communication with parents, children, and staff. The attendant must adhere to program standards regarding safety and cleanliness and follow all ymca policies and procedures.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and capable of working with children aged 6 weeks to 8 years, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required qualifications include completing program-Specific training before the first shift and obtaining child abuse prevention training, bls cpr/Aed/First aid within 30 days of hire, along with passing a background check.
