Core Faculty - Full-time Nursing (FNP)

Responsibilities include teaching master of science in nursing, family nurse practice, psych mental health specialty courses, and the doctor of nurse practice program, utilizing online technology effectively and providing informed feedback. Faculty must also establish a scholarship plan, disseminate scholarly work, and participate in university governance and committee service.

Candidates must possess a terminal degree in nursing (Phd or dnp) and maintain an active, unencumbered rn license, along with current national certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (Pmhnp) and aprn license if applicable. Required experience includes a significant record of professional contributions, teaching experience (Doctoral level preferred), and specific experience in teaching advanced practice nursing, especially the pmhnp role.
