Family Behavioral Health Therapist

The therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, engage caregivers, maintain detailed documentation compliant with mst principles, and develop goal-Driven treatment plans tailored to each family's needs. Responsibilities also include empowering families to address problematic behavior and helping youth make life-Transforming changes while managing a caseload of 4-6 families.

A master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field is required, along with eligibility for professional licensure or certification in kentucky, which must be obtained within 60 days of hire if not current. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills emphasizing cognitive behavioral therapy practices and family systems, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
