Family Behavioral Health Therapist

The therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, engage caregivers, and develop goal-Driven treatment plans to address problematic behavior in at-Risk youth aged 12-17. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed documentation compliant with mst principles and participating in ongoing training and supervision.

A master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field is required, along with eligibility for professional licensure in kentucky, which must be obtained within 60 days of hire if not current. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills, especially in cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems, and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
