Scholar Advisor & Cohort Coordinator

This role supports youth and alumni by managing the full scholarship cycle, from awareness and application support to administration, while also coordinating cohort-Based programming and workshops focused on youth voice and post-Secondary readiness. The coordinator serves as a trusted contact, providing ongoing relationship-Based advising to help scholars navigate barriers and access resources.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a related field or a high school diploma/Ged with at least four years of relevant experience, plus 2–4 years of experience in academic advising, youth programming, or career readiness support. Preferred qualifications include experience leading workshops and familiarity with financial aid processes like fafsa and scholarships.
