Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and hold montessori credentials (Ams, ami, or equivalent) while meeting all state lead teacher requirements. A passionate heart for the montessori method and toddler development is essential, with a cda or early childhood degree being preferred.
