Student Achievement Coach

The student achievement coach is tasked with improving student outcomes by proactively contacting students to provide academic support resources for their assigned caseload. This role focuses on positively impacting academic achievement and retention goals for the bachelor of science in nursing program in alignment with college student affairs.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a metric-Driven role. A strong drive to proactively engage students and the ability to craft clear, professional communications are essential requirements.
