Clinical Nursing Adjunct Faculty - Community Health Specialty

The nursing adjunct faculty will provide instruction to facilitate student achievement of course objectives across core nursing, didactic, and clinical components, including developing, teaching, and evaluating curriculum and leading simulation experiences. Responsibilities also involve facilitating the application of theory to clinical practice, maintaining student records, and coaching students on essential soft skills like leadership and communication.

The role requires developing, implementing, teaching, and evaluating the nursing education program's philosophy and curriculum, alongside teaching and assessing students in classroom and clinical settings. Faculty must adhere to college policies, communicate professionally with stakeholders, and actively participate in program evaluation and revision processes.
