Parent Educator

The role involves facilitating parent education and support groups, managing day-To-Day program activities, and acting as a liaison to build relationships with community partners to promote services to families. Duties also include providing direct support, assessing needs, coordinating referrals, and teaching evidence-Based parenting techniques.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 24 college units in early childhood education or a related field, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and 2-3 years of experience working with children aged 0-5. Fluency in both english and spanish is required, along with a valid california driver's license and the ability to pass required screenings.
