Special Education Teacher

The special education teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing student individual education plans (Ieps) and designing specially-Designed instruction (Sdi) using various instructional methods. They must administer engaging instructional activities and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to meet unique student needs.

Candidates must possess a valid arizona special education credential or be enrolled in a certification program, along with a bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred. The role requires the ability to implement safety measures like therapeutic holds and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
