Program Aide

The role involves using applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to provide direct instructional support to students with special needs in academic, adaptive behavior, and social-Skill development areas. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience working with children in a special needs educational setting. Essential requirements include the ability to collaborate, maintain a professional perspective, and demonstrate the physical dexterity needed for crisis management interventions, including therapeutic holds.
