Early Career Decision Program - St. Rita's Medical Center

The participant will provide direct patient care under the guidance of a registered nurse or designated healthcare professional, supporting the nurse in applying the nursing process. Responsibilities include basic patient care such as comfort, vital signs, personal hygiene, mobility, and acting as a liaison between the patient and the nurse.

Applicants must currently be enrolled in an rn nursing program at wright state lake campus, rhodes state college, or bowling green state university and have completed the necessary educational requirements for an immersion experience. Recent experience as a patient care technician, certified nursing assistant, or other medical experience is preferred.
