Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Clinic for kids with autism

The registered behavior technician will implement personalized treatment plans designed by a behavior analyst using aba techniques to foster skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors in adults with autism. Responsibilities also include diligently collecting and recording data on client progress and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must complete the 40-Hour rbt training program, passing the competency assessment to obtain rbt certification. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are also mandatory requirements.
